both sexes! what is your favorite scent-cologne/aftershave/perfume?
by Ravyn ini have always loved perfumes and oils and i have quite a collection that i use as the mood strikes...but i am getting low on many of them and it is time to think about making that birthday gift list sooooooo... what do you wear and what do you like and why?.
my all-time innocent favorite is muguet des bois(lily of the valley)--reminds me of my youth and a cousin who gave it to me as a gift who is passed now.... but i also love the scent of lilac, usually in an oil.. my favorite perfumes are: obsession, rare rubies(avon), coty wild musk, revlon's fire and ice, white shoulders, sand and sable, ck's truth, (and also mesmerize, odyssey, foxfire, jasmine, raining violets, honeysuckle, lemon velvet, hawaiian white ginger--all old classic avon you can only find at flea markets or once a year in the book.).
but i need something new....i like the oriental/spicy blends, but not for all the time.

Religion just leads to confusion. Many people are out there searching for some sort of truth.

(Ohh, just got a shudder).
Every religion has it's own doctrines. How many people leave the witnesses, only to find themselves jumping from one frying pan to another, or from the frying pan into the fire?

The Co-Worker JW
by berylblue inas some of you may remember, i started a new job a month ago and discovered a co-worker was a jw (saw an "examing" book in his drawer, and he spoke of not celebrating birthdays).
well, one day some of us newbies were talking and somehow someone started telling really bad jw jokes.
now, all during hr indoctrination, we were told never to make jokes about someone's religion (duh) because that person could be offended and report the source of the jokes.

It amazes me how some people could be so ignorant at times.
At least you got to know what kind of people you are dealing with. The Mouth goes on and on while the ears are closed to the facts. Unfortunatly, these type of people are everywhere.

Why don't people make some religious phrase or insinuation when someone uses some other bodily function like coughing or farting? God bless you for that too huh?
Usually, if someone else farts around me, I say God Damn it.

Did You Know That You Could Be Disfellowshipped For French Kissing?

they came to the conclusion that this practice of "french kissing" was a disfellowshipping offense on the grounds of "engaging in loose conduct".
one young couple were judicially reproved for their "sin" and the elders felt that since the matter was not widely known, that they would be "privately reproved".
